About Ruth Hatten

Ruth Hatten is a long-time animal advocate.  From the age of 11 she stopped eating animals because she didn't want to eat her friends anymore. In addition to helping animals by not eating them, Ruth has dedicated her life to help ease the suffering of animals.

As an animal lawyer, Ruth helps protect animals from harm.

As an animal naturopath, Ruth assists cats and dogs to achieve optimum wellness with natural remedies.

And as a plant based living coach, Ruth uses her knowledge spanned over almost 30 years to help people eat less animals and to thrive on a plant based diet.  Ruth dreams of a world where non-human animals are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Roving Vegans Adventure:

On this week's Roving Vegans Adventure, we shared our experience attending our very first ThanksLiving at animal rescue called Sweet Bear Sanctuary.  It was an emotional experience for both of us to be among the animals who were being celebrated and cherished, knowing that the majority of their species were doomed to a life of misery and suffering. We take comfort in knowing that we, and so many people are doing what we can to correct that injustice by being vegan and fighting for animal welfare.
